TLDR is hiring a talent acquisition director to help us build out our recruiting pipeline. As our first talent hire, you will be responsible for managing our recruiting process, including resume screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and moving candidates through our pipeline until onboarding.
The ideal candidate would have at least 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting for sales roles, as well as experience recruiting at a fast-paced early stage startup.
