Design team deploys Gemini Slack agent with Notion and GitHub in Figma comments

To reduce the constant interruptions caused by answering repetitive team questions, a design team leader built a Slack agent prototype connected to Gemini, Notion, and GitHub. After refining its interaction design to include clear uncertainty and draft-only permissions, the author deployed the agent in a pilot program and integrated it into Figma comments.
