Render launches OIDC support with OIDC Daemon

Render has launched OpenID Connect (OIDC) support enabling services to authenticate with third-party providers like AWS, GCP, OpenAI, and Anthropic without using long-lived API tokens. To work around the lack of native SDK support for dynamic token endpoints, Render developed an OIDC Daemon that runs outside customer containers, using in-memory filesystems and bind mounts to supply rotated tokens securely.
