Blockpic generates updated circuit diagrams from netlists

Blockpic is an open-source tool written in Go that enables hardware engineers to treat digital circuit diagrams as code, generating clean vector schematics that integrate directly with Bazel build graphs. Through Yosys and rules_openxc7, the tool can draw both high-level architectural intent and exact gate-level netlist schematics that automatically update when the underlying Verilog HDL changes.
