EU/UK Android Devs need to put phone number on Play Store Listing

Under Google Play’s global developer policies, all active developer accounts must declare whether they are traders or non-traders under EEA and UK laws by February 1, 2027. Developers who qualify as traders must self-certify compliance with local laws and provide links to their apps' terms of service. Starting March 1, 2027, trader contact details, D-U-N-S numbers, and terms of service will be displayed to users globally, while EEA and UK users will also see developer names and compliance commitments.
