Bosch to spin off semiconductor division in 2028

Bosch announced plans to spin off its semiconductor division in January 2028 as part of an effort to increase sales of small components for cars and e-bikes to five billion euros by 2030. The company currently houses these semiconductor activities within its Mobility Electronics division.
