OpenAI to acquire Pierre Computer for Code Storage

OpenAI has agreed to acquire developer tools startup Pierre Computer to compete with Microsoft's GitHub. OpenAI plans to integrate Pierre's Code Storage feature into Codex, while keeping Pierre's open-source projects open-source. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Open article →
