Ada to merge with Dialpad in deal reportedly valuing firm at $600 million

Toronto-based customer service technology company Ada has confirmed it is merging with US-based software firm Dialpad to create an agentic customer communications leader. According to reports, the all-share transaction values Ada at approximately $600 million CAD, a significant decrease from its $1.2 billion USD valuation during its 2021 funding round.
