Ethereum Foundation sued over Source Seppuku pledge
Former Ethereum Foundation Protocol Support lead Kayleen Fulton has filed a lawsuit against Stiftung Ethereum, Vitalik Buterin, and others, alleging she was fired after disclosing a cancer diagnosis and organizing opposition to a draft mandate containing a suicide pledge. Fulton and other members of the protocol cluster declined to affirm the mandate under coercion, leading to her termination. Open article →
