Spotify open sources Claude Code plugin to reduce large file read tokens

Spotify has open sourced a Claude Code plugin designed to reduce token usage during large file reads by 82 to 94 percent. A hook blocks full reads of files exceeding 350 lines, sending them to a worker that returns only the specific answer needed by Claude.
