Carquet is a tiny, self-contained pure C11 library for reading and writing Apache Parquet files without a runtime or garbage collector. It features SIMD-augmented vector kernels, bit-unpacking, dictionary gathers, predicate pushdown, and support for the Arrow C Data Interface.
