Libghostty 1.0

Mitchell Hashimoto has released libghostty 1.0, a portable and high-performance C library for terminal emulation extracted from the Ghostty project. The 1.0 release establishes strict ABI stability and semantic versioning, enabling distributions and applications to officially package and dynamically link against the library.
