Amazon’s Zoox Plans Robotaxi Testing Expansion Into Europe and Asia

Amazon-owned Zoox plans to expand its autonomous vehicle testing into international markets, including London, European Union cities, South Korea, and Japan. According to CEO Aicha Evans, the company will initially deploy modified Toyota Highlander SUVs equipped with sensors for data collection and mapping before eventually introducing its purpose-built robotaxis.
