lokadb/lokadb: Keep each SaaS customer's rows in their own Postgres

LokaDB is a Postgres wire-protocol proxy designed to let multi-tenant SaaS applications move individual customers' data rows into their own dedicated Postgres databases without requiring application rewrites. The system uses local partitioning combined with postgres_fdw foreign tables and secure outbound mTLS tunnels via agents inside customer networks. It is currently in production use and provides end-to-end tooling to check compatibility, enable partitioning, and perform online data migration. Open article →
