The strongest B2B video ads are built for a viewer who will probably skip them. The brand name lands in the first 5 seconds, and the product appears one feature at a time as a simple input and output. Hooks name a specific, emotional problem, and benefits become a moment the viewer can picture instead of a promise of saved time. Each cut is made for its specific channel, with an exaggerated prop like a dusty onboarding binder to make it more memorable.

Get the guideHTML vs. XML Sitemaps for Ecommerce (2 minute read)
Ecommerce sites should use both XML and HTML sitemaps to improve page discovery, crawling, and indexing. XML sitemaps automatically list every URL intended for indexing, while HTML sitemaps provide users and search engines with links to important categories, subcategories, and site pages. HTML sitemaps can also strengthen internal linking and help reduce the number of pages that Google crawls but does not index. Neither replaces a well-organized site hierarchy or strong internal linking, but HTML sitemaps can serve as a temporary solution during site restructures.
How to use Google Analytics for social media (GA4 setup + reports) (11 minute read)
Use GA4 to measure what happens after someone clicks a social media link by tracking website traffic, engagement, conversions, and revenue. Start by setting up key events for actions like form submissions, purchases, and signups, then add UTM parameters to every social link to identify the platform, campaign, and specific post generating traffic. Use GA4's Traffic Acquisition, User Acquisition, Landing Page, and Attribution reports to compare platform performance, evaluate landing pages, and understand how social contributes to conversions across the customer journey. Build a Looker Studio dashboard to track these metrics over time and report social media's contribution to leads and revenue.
The growth playbook everyone keeps using (9 minute read)
Growth teams keep recycling the same tactics, like price increases, upmarket moves, and big launches. Most have worked at some point, which is why they return every few years under new names. The trouble is that they're often used to avoid fixing what's broken in the product or the company. Tactics are easy to assign owners and report progress on, while core problems don't fit a quarterly roadmap. Strong growth leaders stand out by knowing which problems are worth solving, then picking tactics that fit.

AI agent messaging: What 1,014 software buyers want (5 minute read)
Describing an AI product as a team of specialized agents generates more purchase interest than describing it as a single agent. A survey of 1,014 software buyers found that team framing increased purchase intent by 6.3 percentage points compared to single-agent framing. However, calling a product an agent alone did not increase purchase interest and slightly reduced it. Buyers also perceived products described as multiple agents as harder to use, while perceptions of helpfulness and trustworthiness remained largely unchanged. The findings suggest that breaking a product into distinct functions can increase its perceived value through a psychological phenomenon known as the unpacking effect.
