ChatGPT Already Knows Who It'll Recommend Before It Searches (12 minute read)
A study of 60 ChatGPT conversations found that brands appearing in ChatGPT's initial search queries were cited 33X more often than brands discovered through retrieval, with 68.9% vs. 2.1% mention rates. In 21 of 27 conversations, ChatGPT named brands before fetching search results. Brands that consistently appeared in these queries were more likely to earn citations, while retrieved pages had only a 3.1% citation rate overall.
The web's newest weapon against AI scrapers is a font (4 minute read)
ShieldFont swaps out an average of 24.5% of a page's words, and 45.8% of its content words, into subtly wrong substitutes that only appear in the raw HTML source scrapers pull down, while human readers still see the correct rendered text. The swaps use words with a similar part of speech but an unrelated meaning rather than obvious synonyms or gibberish, since a smart filter can catch either of those. Tested across six scraper pipelines, more than 90% of ShieldFont pages were rejected outright, and the small share that got through still carried real, correctly spelled sentences that assert nothing true.
We Added an Instagram-Style Story Rail to the Homepage (1 minute read)
An ecommerce brand added an Instagram Stories-style row to its homepage, placing circular, horizontally scrollable product bubbles above the hero section. Each bubble featured a product image and an outcome-focused label like βLean Proteinβ, βGut Healthβ or βClean Energyβ and linked to the relevant collection. The change increased conversion rate by 15.44% and collection page views by 6.51%, while AOV stayed flat.
Teardown of Katelyn Bourgoin's newsletter landing page (1 minute read)
Katelyn's Unignorable newsletter landing page uses a single-focus design with no navigation or archive links. The email form stays above the fold on desktop and mobile and only asks for an email address. It also uses subscriber count and photos with recognizable figures as social proof, plus a specific value proposition to differentiate the newsletter. Two suggested improvements were a more compelling CTA and an immediate welcome gift to increase sign-ups.

24 MCP Workflows to Bring Your GTM Stack into Claude (27 minute read)
MCPs can turn Claude from a standalone chatbot into a command center for GTM work by connecting it to the tools, data, and workflows teams already use. The most useful setup combines multiple MCPs, reusable skills, and scheduled routines so Claude can pull live context, analyze data, create assets, and write results back into systems of record. The showcased workflows span campaign planning, CRM analysis, SEO updates, AI search monitoring, personalized landing pages, performance reporting, and unstructured customer research, showing how teams can automate work that normally requires jumping between tools. The broader strategy is to keep purpose-built GTM tools as the system of record while using MCPs to make their capabilities accessible through Claude.
3 AI Prompts for Google Ads (2 minute read)
A competitor analysis prompt can identify differentiators and turn them into ad headlines, descriptions, and assets that align with the landing page. A landing page prompt can create keyword-focused pages in different styles, such as urgency, benefits, or reassurance, to support testing. An audience prompt can define ideal customer profiles and map them to Google Ads custom segments, in market audiences, and affinity categories.
Bloom Nutrition Marketing and TikTok Growth Strategy (4 minute read)
Bloom Nutrition's founders describe their approach as a second-mover advantage, taking an already-understood category and out-executing on flavor, branding, and community instead of inventing something new. It rebuilt energy drinks, long marketed to men, around a soothing self-care ritual for Gen Z and millennial women, then carried that positioning into convenience stores with no shelf space left for another energy brand. Rather than compete with Monster and Red Bull on volume, it pitched operators on the female foot traffic they were missing, landing first at Texas travel-center chain Buc-ee's before 7-Eleven and Circle K followed.
The First Draft Is Free. The Final Judgment Is Not (8 minute read)
AI operates on what researchers call a jagged frontier, capable enough on some tasks to make people faster and more accurate, then unexpectedly unreliable on a similarly difficult task next to it. The failure mode isn't an obviously broken draft - it's a plausible one, since AI output now arrives organized, confident, and complete enough that reviewing it feels like editing instead of investigating. In one study, accuracy on a harder business problem fell by up to 24 percentage points among consultants using AI, even though the same tool had earlier produced dramatic productivity gains on easier tasks.
Is Your Brand Missing Out on the Fastest-Growing Source in AI Search? (6 minute read)
Creator and social content is becoming a larger source of citations in AI search as owned brand pages lose ground. AirOps analyzed 3.5B citations and found creator/social citation share grew 140% from August 2025 to June 2026, while brand.com/product citations fell 10%. YouTube drove most of the growth, with its citation share rising 158%. The impact varies by industry and AI engine, but creator content is becoming an important source of evidence for AI-generated answers.
