Anthropic's Claude Will Add Watermarks to AI-Generated Text and Files (3 minute read)
Anthropic is adding invisible watermarks to Claude-generated text and files, including images, to comply with EU transparency rules and help identify AI-generated content. The markers are designed to survive copying and editing, while images will include provenance metadata that can reveal tampering. The system has limits, since heavy editing, paraphrasing, translation, or screenshots can remove or prevent watermarks.
Half of US shoppers verify AI recommendations on Reddit before they buy (3 minute read)
AI recommendations accelerate the start of a purchase decision but don't remove the uncertainty around it, so shoppers are increasingly turning to Reddit. Half of US shoppers and more than 1 in 3 in the UK say they verify AI recommendations there, trusting the platform's community more than they trust friends or family to check AI's suggestions. Reading real, honest experiences on Reddit is now about twice as likely to be the deciding factor in a purchase as reviews from professional critics or influencers. More than 1 in 5 shoppers now type Reddit directly into their search queries to find that human perspective.
Win Report: Less funnel, 26% more revenue (2 minute read)
A/B testing can unlock larger revenue gains by removing choices that steer customers toward lower lifetime value outcomes. In this case, sending paid traffic directly to in-person booking increased revenue 26%, even though online subscriptions declined. Research showed that in-person customers converted better, stayed longer, and produced higher LTV, making the higher value path more important than maximizing initial conversion volume. The test shows that CRO can require removing a successful funnel stage rather than making incremental improvements to it.
B2B growth doesn't end at closed-won (5 minute read)
Closed-won only grants access to a solution, not evidence that it's working, and B2B growth increasingly depends on generating that evidence fast. The strongest post-sale strategies identify the first meaningful outcome during the sales process itself and carry it directly into implementation, since confidence built in the first 30, 60, and 90 days shapes both renewal and expansion later. AWS' newer partner program illustrates the shift at a bigger-company scale, tying partner funding to documented customer outcomes rather than to the initial deal alone.

How to track iFrame forms with Meta Pixel (1 minute read)
If your forms are embedded via iFrame (Typeform, JotForm, Calendly, etc.), standard Meta tracking won't work due to cross-origin restrictions. There are 3 workarounds to make tracking possible: PostMessage listeners, direct pixel tracking, or custom conversion events.
Why Indeed's CMO steered its marketing strategy towards brand building (9 minute read)
Humor stopped working in job-search advertising once AI made the application process feel dehumanizing on both sides, with job seekers sending hundreds of applications into an AI-sorted void and employers turning to AI screening tools they know strip out the personal connection hiring still depends on. Indeed's response leans into empathy instead, building campaigns around the idea that most of the world's jobs - healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, and construction - are still fundamentally human jobs. The same logic reshaped who the company markets to, expanding from active job seekers toward passive and future ones reached through cultural relevance rather than search intent.
How Technology Expands One Person's Capacity (4 minute read)
AI and automation can increase marketing output, but they can also weaken judgment when they remove the work that helps spot mistakes. Automate tasks when there's a clear standard for evaluating the output. Keep human oversight for decisions that require context, such as customer segmentation and positioning. For each automated task, define how a bad output will be caught before it reaches customers, then turn that check into a repeatable process.
How Cloudflare Is Making AI Pay for Content (9 minute read)
Cloudflare is turning the reverse proxy position it holds in front of a large share of the web into a payment counter for AI traffic. Its Pay Per Crawl tool lets a site block, allow, or charge a flat fee per crawl, but more than half of crawls from well-behaved bots just re-fetch pages that haven't changed, so payment is shifting from the crawl to the use. Web Bot Auth verifies a caller's identity with cryptographic signatures, and x402 settles payment through the HTTP 402 status code before the origin ever responds.
