Position Summary

As a Technical Community Manager at Hyperstack, you will be the technical voice of our company within the AI community. You will engage in deep technical discussions, answer questions, provide valuable insights, and promote Hyperstack’s technology and solutions. Your goal will be to foster a vibrant community of AI developers, researchers, and enthusiasts who are interested in LLMs, AI model development, fine-tuning, and inferencing. The successful candidate will join our Marketing team in our office in London. 

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in online forums, social media platforms, and other community spaces to engage with technical audiences.
• Provide expert answers to technical questions related to AI, LLMs, fine-tuning, inferencing, and model development.
• Offer support and guidance to community members working on AI projects or using Hyperstack’s technology.
• Help troubleshoot issues, provide best practices for AI model development, and share tips on fine-tuning and inferencing.
• Develop and share technical content that adds value to the community. This may include tutorials, blog posts, webinars, and Q&A sessions focused on the technical aspects of AI and Hyperstack’s offerings.
• Gather feedback from the community on Hyperstack’s products and services.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate community needs and influence product development and improvement.
• Promote Hyperstack and its technologies within the community.
• Highlight key features, benefits, and use cases of our solutions to encourage adoption and engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong technical background in AI, with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, inferencing, and AI model development.
• Proven experience engaging with technical communities, ideally within the AI or tech industry.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Experience creating technical content, such as tutorials, guides, and blog posts.
• A passion for AI technology and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
