General Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager who will guide and inspire teams to build technology products and find solutions by implementing our multimodal approaches and interactive AI systems into different industries. He/she will be collaborating with a team of research scientists and engineers to develop and implement successful product strategies and roadmaps.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Contribute to the development of product strategies and roadmaps based on Emotech’s strategic positioning, competitor and market analysis, and input from business partners and customers
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to identify significant business opportunities
• Partner closely with the management team to develop and execute successful product roadmaps
• Participate in product pilot and rollout testing
• Identify and validate customer needs, understand the product gaps and recommend solutions
• Translate product strategies into detailed requirements, policies and prototypes
• Ability to write detailed technical product specifications and present to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with and coordinate efforts across functions and teams, including R&D, Design, Marketing and Business Development

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B product management experience in AI or relevant industries
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven experience in defining and managing core products or business applications
• Proven experience in building a product from conceptualisation to product launch
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of software development
• Skilled in prototyping, UI/UX design and/or product design
• Able to take ownership and think strategically aligning with business objectives
• A self-starter with excellent quantitative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills
• A team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Passionate about technology products

Advantageous:

• Basic knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and data science
• Product experience in Chatbot, voice bot, 3D or Lipsync AI
• Knowledge and understanding of speech technologies
• Experience with Chatbot, Voice bot, lipsync AI are desired.
