TLDR is hiring a head of sales to own all ad sales/revenue activity for our newsletters and contribute as part of our leadership team.
TLDR already has a robust ad sales pipeline with seven figures in annualized revenue and hundreds of existing sponsors.

All in compensation should be around $250k based on a realistic quota with higher upside possible based on performance.
The ideal candidate will have some management experience (or interest) and be comfortable carrying a number themselves and working in a fast paced startup environment.
Experience in media/ad/sponsorship sales is a big plus.
A basic knowledge of tech (developer tools, B2B SaaS, and fintech are some of our biggest verticals) is also a big plus.
